Far Infrared Fiber
--- Directly acting on the human micro-circulation system
--- Improving blood oxygen metabolism and resisting coldness
Currently, far infrared fiber is mainly used in synthetic fiber products. Using ceramic powders (titanium dioxide, tin dioxide, zirconium carbide and alumina) as additives, which have far infrared function at a normal temperature, it is blended with PET to form far infrared fiber.
Being a new textile material, the far infrared fiber is provided with such functions as excellent health care & physical therapy, heat effect, moisture elimination, penetrability and bacterial inhibition, absorbs heat dispersed by the human body, assimilates and emits infrared of 4-14μm wavelength, most required by the human body, promotes blood circulation and retains warmth.
The far infrared fiber has the following functions:
1.Warm-keeping. Temperature rise of fiber is more than 2?
2.Improving micro-circulation:Experiments show that far infrared has emissivity of 0.87 and increases micro-circulation blood speed by 30%. Quickened micro-circulation facilitates metabolism, enlivens skin and enhances limb temperatures.
3.Resistance to bacteria:The far infrared fiber has a bacteriostatic rate of greater than 99% against staphylococcus aureus and white streptococcus.
As a new chemical fiber textile material with the functions of warm keeping and heath care, the far infrared fiber is mainly used to develop such products as underwear, protective tools, stockings, quilts and mattress.
